Print your shopping cart (don't go to checkout) form. Pay with check, money order or credit card. Amount of check or money order should cover merchandise and delivery charges. New York residents, add 8.25% sales tax. Please make your check payable to Polish Bookstore & Publishing.

5. Libraries and Institutions

If you chose as a payment option “check by mail” please print your order and fax it or mail to us with accompanying official purchase order on your letterhead. If you claim tax exemption from State Sales Tax please enclose pertinent information. Amount of check or money order should cover merchandise and delivery charges. Our standard terms for check payment are 30 days. Please make your check payable to Polish Bookstore & Publishing.
If you pay with credit card and claim tax exemption please provide your tax exempt information in the "comments and additional order informations" section of your order at the checkout.

SHIPPING

We ship all in stock items within 2-5 working days. Most orders are delivered within two weeks. We ship UPS.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

We offer 2nd Day UPS service on all in stock items: usual delivery is on third business day from the date order was received. Next day UPS service should be received on a second business day from the date order was received.
